These guidelines are provided as a single source for utilizing the La-Z-Boy® employer branding and tagline. This guide is created to make sure that we stay true to our common La-Z-Boy employer branding elements and approaches.

Logo Guidelines

Logo guidelines for the employer brand is exactly the same as for the consumer brand.

Tagline

“Build Something Amazing®” is the only approved tagline for internal communications, except for “Live life comfortably.®” as a part of the external brand.



Theme Line Alone

  • When the theme line appears internally, it’s already in the La-Z-Boy context
  • Logo still remains necessary on first page or cover of any communication
  • Subsequent pages may use the theme line alone
  • The theme line is always black, regardless of other colors used in the communication
